COVID-19 Updates: Learn about how Hello Baby is supporting local parents at a safe distance.

While we may not be able to see you in person, Hello Baby and the organizations that support it are still here for parents with newborns in Allegheny County during COVID-19. As the situation continues to change, please check this website and our partner organization's sites often for new information and updates.

Resources available for families:

  • Family Centers of Allegheny County are offering food pantries, transportation, kindergarten prep, parent support groups and activities for kids. Find a Family Center near you.
  • The Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) supports the childcare needs of families with the Allegheny Child Care tool. Use the tool to find openings in child care facilities and day camps or call the ELRC directly at 412-350-3577.
  • The United Way PA 2-1-1 Southwest warmline and live chat can be accessed through this website 24/7. If you need specific help finding food or shelter or paying your utilities, the COVID-19 Resources page is a good place to start.
